Knight Classes for all!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>The team at Inspiring You is constantly looking for fun new ways to engage your imagination.<\/p>\n

Luckily for us so are the dynamic knights from Armoured Combat Ireland!<\/p>\n

Fun ways to \u201cBring History To Life\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Having met with Brendan Halpin, captain of the Irish Medieval Combat team, recently he was very keen to get involved.<\/p>\n

Together we are working on fun ways to \u201cBring History To Life\u201d.<\/p>\n

It will also help you get fit and become a modern day knight!<\/p>\n

As children we all have dreamed of being knights who fight bravely to win the day!\u00a0 We are helping make that dream become a reality.<\/p>\n

Each month Medieval Armoured Combat Ireland will tell us about their armour, weapons.<\/p>\n

They will even teach us some moves to help us have more fun and play more!<\/p>\n

Why not become a knight by following the exercises and moves in each of our \u201cKnight Classes\u201d videos?<\/p>\n

The story behind A Knight in Shining Armour!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m Brendan, the Captain of the Irish Medieval Combat team, I\u2019ve been fighting in medieval armour for about 5 years.<\/p>\n

I got involved because I was studying medieval armour in college.<\/p>\n

Try it out!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The next logical step was to put on the armour and try it out for real, I haven\u2019t looked back since!<\/p>\n

Fantastic way to keep fit, learn discipline and self-control<\/strong><\/p>\n

Medieval combat, like any martial art, is a fantastic way to keep fit, learn discipline and self-control, and of course have fun.<\/p>\n

If you are having fun you won\u2019t even realise you are exercising<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fun should be a big part of whatever you do to keep active, if you aren\u2019t enjoying it you won\u2019t last at it, if you are having fun you won\u2019t even realise you are exercising. For me getting hit with swords is definitely the right kind of fun!<\/p>\n
